
| Ingredients |
| 6 ripe bananas, cut into 1 inch pieces |
| 4 cups of coconut milk |
| 3 tbsp. sugar |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| Method |
| 1. Heat the coconut milk |
| 2. Add sugar and salt, boil for 3 minutes. |
| 3. Add bananas and simmer until the bananas are cooked. |
| 4. Serve in dessert bowls. |

| Substitute with pumpkin, sweet corn, etc, if desired. |
