Fried Fish Cake
Ingredients
500 g.s minced white fish meat
     (Veg: corn)
1 tbsp. red curry paste
1 egg
1 tbsp. tempura flour
1 long bean, sliced finely
3 tbsp. finely sliced kaffir lime leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 cups palm oil (for deep fry)
Fried Fish Cake - Thailand
Method
1. Put all the ingredients except oil in the large bowl and mix well with hand.
2. Spoon the mixture 2 tbsp.
3. Shape into small patties about 3 inches in diameter.
4. Deep fry in palm oil until golden brown
5. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
