
| Ingredients |
| 500 g.s minced white fish meat |
| (Veg: corn) |
| 1 tbsp. red curry paste |
| 1 egg |
| 1 tbsp. tempura flour |
| 1 long bean, sliced finely |
| 3 tbsp. finely sliced kaffir lime leaves |
| 1 tsp. salt |
| 1 tsp. sugar |
| 3 cups palm oil (for deep fry) |
| Method |
| 1. Put all the ingredients except oil in the large bowl and mix well with hand. |
| 2. Spoon the mixture 2 tbsp. |
| 3. Shape into small patties about 3 inches in diameter. |
| 4. Deep fry in palm oil until golden brown |
| 5. Serve with sweet chilli sauce. |
