
| Ingredients |
| 1 1/2kg. cooked sticky rice |
| 6 tbsp. palm sugar (or brown sugar) |
| 1 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1 litre of coconut milk |
| 1 sliced ripe mango |
| Method |
| 1.Heat the coconut milk, add palm sugar and salt and stir well. |
| 2. Pour coconut milk into a bowl |
| 3. Add the sticky rice, mix together. |
| 4. Turn to low heat and leave for 30 minutes. |
| 5. Stir one more time and serve on a plate with sliced mango. |
| Tips: |
| Mangos and sticky rice is the Thai version of rice pudding. If you don't have the above ingredients, try using coconut cream (instead of milk) and any local fruit (instead of mangos). Lychee or papaya are good substitutes. |
